Attire

The attire for the event is summer formal. Think traditional formal attire, but with bright colors and breathable fabrics. The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors with air conditioning.

All events take place at Ugly Art Co., 635 Madison Avenue, Memphis, TN

5:00 pm Ceremony begins

6:00 pm Cocktail hour begins, light refreshments

7:30pm Buffet dinner is served

8:00pm Dancing begins

Cocktail Hour Appetizers

  • Everything spiced gougeres with salmon cream cheese filling

  • Kimchi arancini (vegan)

  • Bacon-wrapped dates

Buffet Dinner

  • Freshly baked yeast rolls with lemon-herb butter

  • Kale caesar salad (vegetarian)

  • Charred broccolini (vegan)

  • Heirloom braised beans with chorizo oil (vegan)

  • Short rib adobo with orzo pasta

  • Grilled squash with gremolata (vegan)

  • Pan-seared redfish with collard greens and polenta

Bar

There will be an open bar for the majority of the evening, moving to cash bar later in the night. The bar will serve different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including mead brewed by the father of the bride.
